This equipment consists ofindependent modules for variable TEM holders.
It is composed of dry pump, turbopump, vacuum gauges, touch screen, and valves for holder pumping andzeolite bake out cycle.
Insertion and removal of a TEM holderare simple because each module for storage of the holder has separated vacuumregion and can be operated without TMP on/off.
Also, all modules and parts(holder) can be made bycustom-order
